Section 24-5-13.1-6 - "Manufacturer" As used in this chapter, "manufacturer" means:
(1) any person who is engaged in the business of manufacturing motor vehicles, or, in the case of motor vehicles not manufactured in the United States, any person who is engaged in the business of importing motor vehicles; or(2) any person who is engaged in the business of manufacturing parts for a conversion to a converted motor vehicle.Added by P.L. 91-2022,SEC. 1, eff. 7/1/2022.
