Section 23-2-2.5-19 - Renewal forms

A registration renewal form shall be in the form and contain the content prescribed by the commissioner and shall be accompanied by one (1) copy of the proposed disclosure statement. Each such registration renewal form shall be accompanied by the fee prescribed in section 43 of this chapter.
