Section 23-2-2.5-13 - Disclosure statements

A registration notification form filed under section 10.5 of this chapter shall be accompanied by the fee prescribed in section 43 of this chapter and by one (1) copy of a disclosure statement. The disclosure statement shall be in a form prescribed by the commissioner or in a form permitted under 16 CFR 436, as amended.
