Section 23-0.5-9-46 - Articles of abandonment of merger

The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing articles of abandonment of merger:

(1) Twenty dollars ($20) for an electronic filing.

(2) Thirty dollars ($30) for filing in a manner other than electronically.
