Section 21-40-3-1 - Applicability of section; power to set conditions and standards of admission of students(a) This section applies to the board of trustees of the following state educational institutions:(1) Ball State University.(3) Indiana State University.(5) University of Southern Indiana.(b) The board of trustees of a state educational institution may set the conditions and standards of admission of students upon criteria that are in the best interests of the state and the state educational institution.Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-1-2(a)(6).
