Section 21-39-7-5 - West Lafayette campus fire department The board of trustees may:
(1) establish a fire department and employ fire and safety personnel at the West Lafayette campus;(2) determine the duties and direct the conduct of fire and safety personnel;(3) prescribe distinctive uniforms for fire and safety personnel; and(4) obtain emergency vehicles and equipment for the fire department.Added by P.L. 29-2011, SEC. 2, eff. 7/1/2011.
