Section 21-39-6-1 - Request for additional police assistance

The board of trustees of a state educational institution may empower one (1) or more officials of the state educational institution to request the assistance of law enforcement officers of the:

(1) state;

(2) counties;

(3) cities; and

(4) towns;

when necessary.
