Section 21-32-1-4 - "Person"

"Person" includes:

(1) a corporation;

(2) a limited liability company;

(3) a partnership;

(4) a firm;

(5) an association;

(6) a joint venture;

(7) an individual; and

(8) any combination of the entities listed in this section.
