Section 21-22-6-9 - Campus board; powers

A campus board may do the following:

(1) Adopt, amend, or repeal bylaws for the campus, subject to the approval of the state board of trustees.

(2) Make recommendations to the state board of trustees concerning amendments to the charter of the campus.
