Section 21-18-6-8 - Study of bachelor's degrees(a) The commission shall do the following:(1) Study and make recommendations regarding allowing: (A) Ivy Tech Community College to award bachelor's degrees; and(B) Vincennes University to offer additional programs that lead to a bachelor's degree.(2) Not later than October 31, 2024, do the following:(A) Prepare a report regarding the study and recommendations described in subdivision (1).(B) Submit the report to the general assembly in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.(b) This section expires January 1, 2025.Added by P.L. 36-2024,SEC. 12, eff. 3/11/2024.
