Ind. Code § 20-26-19-1

Section 20-26-19-1 - "Active duty"

As used in this chapter, "active duty" means full-time service in:

(1) the armed forces of the United States; or

(2) the national guard;

for a period that exceeds thirty (30) consecutive days in a calendar year.
