Section 20-20-45.5-2 - "Eligible school"

As used in this chapter, "eligible school" means a:

(1) public school, including a charter school (as defined in IC 20-24-1-4);

(2) state accredited nonpublic school; or

(3) nonpublic school accredited by a national or regional accreditation agency that is recognized by the state board.
