Section 20-19-3-21 - Publication of accreditation agency application
The department shall post a copy of the following on the department's website:
(1) The application for recognition form established by the state board under IC 20-19-2-10.5.(2) The application for state accreditation form established by the state board under IC 20-31-4.1-2.5.
