Section 16-42-1-25 - Judgment for costs(a) A personal judgment may not be given against a defendant, except as provided in subsection (b).(b) When merchandise is ordered destroyed, the court may give judgment against the defendant for that part of the costs occasioned by the defendant.Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-28-29.
