Section 16-41-7-5 - Violations(a) Except as provided in IC 35-45-21-3, a person who recklessly violates or fails to comply with this chapter commits a Class B misdemeanor.(b) Each day a violation continues constitutes a separate offense.Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-35-1.
