Section 16-41-27-3 - Local board

As used in this chapter, "local board" means a local agency of government authorized to enforce the standards of health and sanitation prescribed for:

(1) mobile homes, manufactured homes, and industrialized residential structures; and

(2) mobile home communities by the state department.
