Section 16-41-27-21 - Temporary license The state department may license a temporary mobile home community for a period of six (6) months and waive the requirements of this chapter if:
(1) the failure to comply with this chapter is:(A) for a temporary period of time; and(B) required by public convenience; and(2) the operation of the mobile home community will not jeopardize the health and welfare of the occupants of the mobile home community or the public.Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 13-1-7-25.
