Section 16-41-18.6-4 - Acceptance of grants, services, and property for national education programs; seeking federal waivers

The state department may accept grants, services, and property from the federal government, public entities, and private entities for the purpose of participating in national education programs. The state department may seek any federal waiver needed to maximize federal funds to educate the public about Parkinson's disease.
