Section 16-37-3-16 - Violations(a) This section does not apply to section 3 of this chapter.(b) Except as provided, a person who recklessly violates or fails to comply with this chapter commits a Class B misdemeanor.(c) Each day a violation continues constitutes a separate offense.Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-35-1.
