Section 16-35-1.5-7 - Penalties; deposit in dedicated accounts(a) A civil penalty collected by the state department must be deposited in a dedicated account designated by the state department to be used in the administration of the WIC program.(b) A civil penalty collected under this chapter does not revert to the state general fund, but remains in the account designated under subsection (a).Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-2-2.5-7.
