Section 16-29-7-2 - "Comprehensive care bed"(a) As used in this chapter, "comprehensive care bed" means a bed in a comprehensive care health facility that:(1) is licensed or is to be licensed under IC 16-28-2; or(2) functions as a bed licensed under IC 16-28-2.(b) The term does not include comprehensive care beds in a hospital licensed under IC 16-21-2.Added by P.L. 202-2018,SEC. 8, eff. 7/1/2018.
