Section 16-29-7-17 - Approved certificate of need validity and non transferrable or assignable
A certificate of need that is granted under this chapter:
(1) is valid only for the defined number of comprehensive care beds or construction as set forth in the approved certificate of need application; and(2) is not transferable or assignable.
