Section 16-27-5.5-5 - Application to become a participating provider(a) Any health care provider licensed under this title or IC 25 may apply to become a participating provider in the networks described in this chapter provided the services the provider contracts for are within the lawful scope of the provider's practice.(b) This section does not require a plan or network to provide coverage for any specific health care service.Added by P.L. 136-2024,SEC. 40, eff. 7/1/2024.
