Section 16-27-4-12.5 - Client declining assistance; lift services not required(a) A client who receives attendant care services may decline assistance with any component of the attendant care services, including the use of lift equipment.(b) Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to require a client to use lift equipment when lift services are provided.Added by P.L. 77-2021,SEC. 3, eff. 7/1/2021.
