Section 16-23-7-1 - Application of chapter This chapter applies to a nonprofit hospital corporation:
(1) in a city having a population of:(A) more than one hundred ten thousand (110,000) and less than one hundred fifty thousand (150,000); or(B) more than one hundred thousand (100,000) and less than one hundred ten thousand (110,000);(2) in a city without a city hospital or other means for furnishing the city's citizens hospital care; and(3) that owns property in the city that:(A) is used for hospital purposes; and(B) has a value of at least four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000).Pre-1993 Recodification Citations: 16-12.2-6-1; 16-12.2-6-3 part.
