Section 16-23-3-6 - Maintenance tax

The city fiscal body may annually levy and collect a tax of not more than two and sixty-seven hundredths cents ($0.0267) on each one hundred dollars ($100) of the taxable property in the city to provide money to aid in the maintenance of the hospital as provided in this chapter.
