Section 16-22-8-8 - Governing board; membership; qualifications(a) The board consists of seven (7) members chosen at large from the county in which the corporation is established.(b) To be eligible to be selected or serve as a member of the board, an individual must have the following qualifications: (1) Be a resident in the county.(2) Have been a continued resident in the county for not less than three (3) years immediately preceding the first day of the member's term.Pre-1993 Recodification Citations: 16-12-21-4; 16-12-21-6.
