Section 16-22-8-17 - Governing board; quorum; meeting records(a) A majority of the board members constitutes a quorum for a meeting. The board may act by an affirmative vote of a majority of the board.(b) The corporation shall record memoranda from the meeting as required by IC 5-14-1.5-4.Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-12-21-12(b).
