Section 16-18-2-150 - "Governing body"

(a) "Governing body", for purposes of IC 16-22-7, has the meaning set forth in IC 16-22-7-2.

(b) "Governing body", for purposes of IC 16-41-22, has the meaning set forth in IC 16-41-22-3.
