Section 15-15-1-39 - Injunctions(a) The state seed commissioner may apply for, and the court may grant, a temporary or permanent injunction to restrain a person from violating or continuing to violate this chapter, or a rule adopted under this chapter, notwithstanding the existence of other remedies at law.(b) The court may not require a bond as a condition of granting an injunction under this section.Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-4-1-11.
