Section 14-31-3-8 - License requirements(a) To obtain a ginseng dealer's license, a person must do the following: (1) Apply to the department for the license in the manner prescribed by the department.(2) Pay a license fee of one hundred dollars ($100) before August 15 of each year.(b) A ginseng dealer's license expires annually on August 31.Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-4-8-3.
