Section 14-26-8-12 - Remonstrance or objection; dismissal of defective petition

After the ten (10) days prescribed by section 11 of this chapter have elapsed, the court shall consider each remonstrance or objection, if any. If the court finds the petition defective, the court shall dismiss the petition unless the petition is amended within a time fixed by the court.
