Section 14-20-14-2 - Powers and duties of nonprofit corporation The corporation:
(1) shall repair and maintain the building and grounds;(2) shall supply reasonable space in the building for a county historical museum; and(3) may lease other space in the building to commercial enterprises that is necessary for the purpose of financing the repair and maintenance of the building and grounds.Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-6-31-2.
