Section 14-19-8-5 - Reversion of money to fund

Unencumbered parts of appropriations made for a state fiscal year from the fund revert to the fund at the end of that state fiscal year unless otherwise specified by statute. Money in the fund does not revert to the state general fund at the end of a state fiscal year.
