Section 14-19-6-1 - Beautification

The city of Indianapolis may do the following, subject to the same rules, regulations, ordinances, and laws as public parks owned by the city of Indianapolis:

(1) Beautify, improve, maintain, and regulate the use of University Square in Indianapolis.

(2) Erect in University Square monuments, fountains, and art treasures.
