Section 14-19-11-7 - Executive director; appointment(a) The director of the division shall:(1) appoint an individual to serve as executive director of the authority; and(2) evaluate the performance of the executive director annually.(b) The director of the division may dismiss the executive director of the authority.Added by P.L. 127-2022,SEC. 23, eff. 7/1/2022.
