Section 14-13-9-16 - Rules(a) The following rules apply to proceedings of the commission:(1) Five (5) voting members constitute a quorum.(2) At least five (5) affirmative votes are required for the commission to take action.(3) The commission shall keep a record of the commission's resolutions, transactions, and findings.
