Section 13-26-4-1 - Members

The board of trustees of a district is the governing body of the district. A board may consist of:

(1) three (3);

(2) five (5);

(3) seven (7);

(4) nine (9);

(5) eleven (11); or

(6) thirteen (13);

trustees.
