Section 13-21-5-4 - Public meetings; format of plan(a) The department shall furnish a model format to be used in the preparation of district plans under this chapter.(b) A district plan adopted before January 1, 1991, may use a format different from the format furnished under subsection (a), but the commissioner may request that such a plan be revised to conform to the model format furnished under subsection (a).Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-9.5-4-2(c), (d).
