Section 13-21-12-7 - Action to contest validity bonds or to prevent issuance; time limitation

An action to:

(1) contest the validity of the bonds; or

(2) prevent the issuance of the bonds;

must be brought within thirty (30) days following the first publication of public notice of the adoption of the resolution authorizing the bonds.
