Section 13-17-5-5.4 - Number of inspection stations in certain counties(a) This section applies to the following counties:(1) A county having a population of more than eighty thousand four hundred (80,400) and less than eighty-two thousand (82,000).(2) A county having a population of more than one hundred twenty thousand (120,000) and less than one hundred thirty thousand (130,000).(b) For the purpose of determining the number of inspection stations operating in a county under this subsection, a temporary or portable inspection station counts as an inspection station.
