Section 13-11-2-31.4 - "Combined sewer"

"Combined sewer", for purposes of sections 31.3, 31.6, and 120.5 of this chapter, IC 13-14-9-14, and IC 13-18, means a sewer that is designed, constructed, and used to receive and transport combined sewage.
