Section 12-30-7-40 - Health center board of managers; prosecution and defense of suits

The board of managers may prosecute and defend suits in its own name. A suit may be brought against the board of managers in any court with jurisdiction in the county. A notice or summons concerning a suit against the board of managers shall be served upon the administrator.
