Section 12-30-7-20 - Procedures, rules, and regulations

The board of managers shall adopt all policies, procedures, rules, and regulations for the government of the health center. The administrator shall discharge all administrative and executive duties and responsibilities of the health center, subject to the approval of the board of managers.
