Section 12-10-6-8 - Investigative report and recommendation

Upon completion of the investigation, the local administrative unit designated by the division shall make a report and a recommendation to the division relative to the eligibility of the applicant for assistance, the amount of the assistance, and the date when the assistance should begin.
