Section 10-18-1-7 - Duties of president(a) The president shall do the following:(1) Preside over the meetings of the commission.(2) Sign all vouchers approved by the commission under this chapter.(3) Sign all contracts and agreements in the name of the commission that have been authorized by the commission. The secretary shall attest to contracts signed by the president.(b) If the president is absent or unable to act, the vice president shall perform the president's duties.Pre-2003 Recodification Citation: 10-7-2-5 part.
