Section 10-13-3-29 - Use by noncriminal justice organizations or individuals restricted

A noncriminal justice organization or individual that receives a limited criminal history may not use it for purposes:

(1) other than those stated in the request; or

(2) that deny the subject any civil right to which the subject is entitled.
