Section 10-11-6-1 - Training programs(a) The department may conduct training programs at semiannual conferences for law enforcement: (1) officers;(2) trainees; and(3) applicants;
of cities, towns, and counties.
(b) A semiannual conference: (1) may not last more than three (3) days; and(2) shall be conducted at a state police post.
