Section 10-11-2-16 - Number of citations as performance evaluation factor(a) This section applies to the issuance of a citation for a traffic violation under:(2) a local ordinance that corresponds to a provision under IC 9.(b) The department may not give greater consideration to the number of citations (as defined in IC 9-28-2-1), including: (3) any other official document; arising from a parking or standing violation that a law enforcement officer issues than to any other factor in the evaluation of the law enforcement officer's performance.
