Section 740 ILCS 21/85 - Mutual Stalking No Contact Orders Are Prohibited

Mutual stalking no contact orders are prohibited. Correlative separate orders undermine the purposes of this Act. If separate orders are sought, both must comply with all provisions of this Act.
